Our Yoga Styles

Hatha Vinyasa Flow Yoga

In our morning yoga classes we combine classical sun salutations with breath awareness and mindfulness. Starting slowly to wake the body up, we will start to flow with the focus on core strength and improving our balance and posture.

Hatha Yoga, with its diverse practices, is designed to bring in health, joy, and harmony of the body, mind, and soul. Putting the body to practice the variety of Hatha Yoga postures does wonder for the organs, muscles, mind, and spirits.

Yin Yoga

"Go to Yin-side" and experience soft, relaxing stretches, hold for three to five minutes during sunset on our roof terrace.

Adding a yin or quieter aspect to our yoga practice can introduce us to the possibility of physical, emotional and mental equilibrium by "marrying" the softer, contemplative modes of being in life to the stronger activities we are so often compelled by.

Aerial Yoga

Elevate your asanas and let go into gravity :-).  Using a soft, fabric aerial hammock suspended from the ceiling, you’ll explore new and traditional yoga asanas (yogic postures) with your body weight partially or fully supported.

This allows you to expand flexibility, increase range of motion, build strength, lengthen the spine, and relax the nervous system.

Aerial Deep

Aerial Deep is a gentle, therapeutic form of Aerial Yoga without inversions. In this relaxing variation you are floating in your hammock just 15 cm above the floor. Therfore it is called "deep" - not because it is going "deeper" into the pratice of Aerial Yoga :-).

It will stimulate your self-healing power as well as your positive sense of life.

Other Options:

In our "Do It @ Noon" Schedule you will also find three other interesting subjects:

  • Yoga for the Eyes: improve your eyesight and release tension from daily looking at "blue screens" with palming and specific eye movements.

  • Meridian Yoga: Learn an easy but powerful series and create a double impact by combining yoga poses with meridian acupressure points.

  • Yoga Nidra: Find out what research can prove already - 40 min of this "sleep of the yogi" is as refreshing as four hours of uninterrupted sleep at night.
