Our Single Class Options & Yoga Retreat Packages

Single Classes: Group or Private

Our small “Yoga Hideaway” offers yoga classes for up to ten yogis. This gives you a very private atmosphere and a good attention of the teacher.

To choose single classes is ideal for a short stay of one or two days. You stay completely flexible. All morning, noon and afternoon classes are group classes, also if only one yogi shows up. If you want to book a special class with Elke, maybe for filming your yoga routine to take it back home, you can book a private class with her.

4 Days / 3 Nights YOGA BLISS RETREAT

Three wonderful mornings filled with 90 minutes Hatha Vinyasa Yoga and 30 minutes Guided Meditation from 7 to 9 am. For pure beginners to intermediates.

Your YOGA BLISS Package includes

  • A “good morning tea” or some fruits before the class.

  • 3 Hatha Vinyasa Morning Classes with guided meditation, 2 hours total.

  • Learn about the three marks of existence in Buddhism

  • A 10% discount on three noon and /or afternoon classes.

  • A 10% discount on three Spa Treatments.

  • A free bike rental.

  • Three fresh and healthy king coconuts.

  • Complimentary hot water, herbal tea and ginger water during your whole stay.

6 Days / 5 Nights YOGA IMMERSION RETREAT

Five wonderful mornings filled with 90 minutes Hatha Vinyasa Yoga and 30 minutes Guided Meditation from 7 to 9 am. For pure beginners to intermediates.

Your YOGA IMMERSION Package includes

  • A “good morning tea” or some fruits before the class.

  • 5 Hatha Vinyasa Morning Classes with guided meditation, 2 hours total.

  • Learn about the five elements in the vedic wisdom of Ayurveda.

  • A 15% discount on five noon and /or afternoon classes.

  • A 15% discount on five Spa Treatments.

  • A free bike rental.

  • A guided Tea Plantation Walk (60min) with our manager Prasad.

  • Five fresh and healthy king coconuts.

8 Days / 7 Nights INNER WISDOM YOGA RETREAT

A full week of yoga, community and laughter will take place on a few selected days in 2020. This week will be "for yogis only", from beginner to intermediate levels and for max 10 people. Dive into active Yang Yoga in the mornings, exciting excursions into other yoga areas at noon and relaxing Yin Yoga in the early evenings. Enjoy plenty of free time at the pool or in the massage room with some traditional Ayurveda massages.

You will eat together with Elke at the "yogi table" and will be offered some wonderful group walks plus a free group afternoon / evening at the beach.

This package is all-inclusive, but you will always have the option to skip a class or activity, if you prefer.

Your INNER WISDOM YOGA RETREAT Package includes

  • A “good morning tea” or some fruits before the class.

  • A daily silent meditation for sunrise on the roof terrace.

  • 7 Hatha Vinyasa Morning Classes with guided meditation, 2 hours total.

  • 7 "Do it @ Noon" Yoga Experiences, including Aerial Yoga and Aerial Deep.

  • 7 light lunch meals.

  • 6 Yin Yoga Classes with Pranayama before dinner.
